# Mikro ERP Bağlantısı ve YZ Yapılandırması

Bu sayfada Mikro ERP ile OzBI yapay zeka bağlantısının nasıl yapılandırılacağını öğreneceksiniz.

OzBI, Mikro ERP (V15, V16, Fly, Jump vb.) veritabanlarınıza **"Sıfır Ayar"** mantığıyla bağlanır; Mikro'nun standart tablo yapılarına ve cari/stok/muhasebe modellerine uygun hazır asistanı otomatik oluşturur.

**Giriş yaptıktan sonra üst menüden "Ayarlar / Bağlantılar" sayfasına gidin.**

**Sağ üst köşedeki "Yeni Ekle" butonuna basın.**

**Açılan listeden "Mikro Yazılım" seçeneğine tıklayın.**

**Veritabanı (SQL Server) erişim bilgilerinizi girin:**

* **Host / IP Adresi:** Mikro SQL sunucusunun yerel IP adresi.
* **Port Numarası:** Varsayılan `1433`.
* **Veritabanı Adı:** Mikro şirket veritabanınızın adı (Örn: `MikroDB_V16_2026`).
* **Kullanıcı Adı ve Şifre:** Mikro veritabanında okuma yetkisi olan kullanıcı (Örn: `db_datareader`).
* **AI Bağlantısı:** Tercih ettiğiniz AI bağlantısı (OzBI AI Connection, OpenAI veya Ollama).
* **AI Modeli:** Önerilen model (Örn: `gpt-5.6-terra`).

Bağlantı testinin başarılı (yeşil) olduğunu gördüğünüzde "**Kaydet**" butonuna basarak sayfayı kapatın.

#### Otomatik Oluşturulan "Mikro ERP Asistanı"

Bağlantıyı kaydettiğiniz anda OzBI arka planda tüm konfigürasyonu yapar ve **"Ayarlar / Asistanlar"** ekranınıza otomatik olarak bir **"Mikro ERP Asistanı"** ekler.

Sohbete başlamak için sol menüden **"Yeni Sohbet"** butonuna basıp alt kontrol çubuğundan "**Mikro ERP Asistanı**"nı seçmeniz yeterlidir.

> ⚠️ **Sistem Yapılandırma Uyarısı:**\
> Asistan paneli içerisindeki "**Agent Ek Prompt**" alanı, Mikro'ya özel filtre kurallarını içerir: Cari Hesaplar: `cha_cari_cins = 0` Banka Hesapları: `cha_cari_cins = 2 AND cha_kod = ban_kod` Bu açıklamalar, yapay zekânın doğru çalışması için kritik öneme sahiptir. Bu ayarları mümkün olduğunca değiştirmeyiniz.
